He also masqueraded as District Clerk Chris Daniel and Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton. William Vincente Figueroa, 41, was charged this week with impersonating a public servant and felony theft in charging documents released Friday.

    A man is accused of stabbing his ex-wife's new boyfriend to death early Sunday in a northwest Harris County home. The woman's children were also inside the house on Steamboat Springs near Camden Parkway when 47-year-old Jorge Perez Rios forced his way inside around 1 a.m., according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office.
