HPL Celebrates Launch of Kids Playground Equipment at Carnegie Neighborhood Library and Center for Learning WHAT: The Houston Public Library(HPL) has won the KaBOOM! Play Everywhere Challenge Grant! Everyone is invited to celebrate and enjoy the launch of the winning playground equipment that will be available at the Carnegie Neighborhood Library and Center for Learning.
