Stay in the know of all construction developments by signing up for the e-newsletter. #TheBoulevardProject #UptownHouston February 9, 2018 • Post Oak Boulevard – North Segment Construction / 610 to San Felipe • Paving at Garrettson intersection will be completed • Paving at intersection of Post Oak Boulevard and Uptown Park will occur in phases the next two weekends • Driveway work at Prosperity Bank and 777 Post Oak Boulevard will begin • Installation of sidewalks on the southbound side continues • Communication duct banks and primary electrical will continue to be installed in the median Post Oak Boulevard – Middle Segment Construction / San Felipe to Westheimer • Installation of water lines and storm sewer will continue in the northbound lanes from Ambassador Way moving south toward Westheimer • Installation of trees from Ambassador Way north to San Felipe on the southbound side continues • Installation of sidewalks continues on the southbound side • Paving will begin from San Felipe moving south in the northbound lanes Post Oak Boulevard – South Segment Construction / Westheimer to Richmond • Continue concrete pavement removal, then installation of base and new pavement on southbound lanes from Parkview to Fairdale • Completion of storm sewer and inlets on northbound lanes from West Alabama to Hidalgo • Continue pavement removal and subgrade preparation northbound lanes from West Alabama to Westheimer • Crosswalk between Dillard’s and The Galleria is now permanently closed CenterPoint, AT&T and other contractors continue the adjustment and relocation work in the area.

    Closure of Post Oak Boulevard between Ambassador and Guilford will occur next weekend beginning Saturday morning, Oct. 21st at 7:00 a.m. through Sunday evening, October 22nd at 10:00 p.m. Local access to the Hilton Houston Post Oak, Lofts on Post Oak, 1801 Post Oak, and BLVD Place will be maintained.
