    A 14-year-old died and two other teens were hurt in a shooting late Thursday night outside a southeast Houston apartment complex, police said. Investigators said the shooting occurred shortly before 11 p.m. near Selinsky Road and Sesame, about a half-mile west of Sterling Aviation High School. All three victims were hospitalized.
