CITY TO LAUNCH “HOUSTON STILL NEEDS YOU!” CAMPAIGN On Saturday, February 24, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.. the City’s Department of Neighborhoods will launch “Houston Still Needs You!” #Harvey recovery volunteer recruitment campaign, in partnership with Rebuilding Together Houston, Chapelwood UMC - Houston and Dejon Homes Inc. Dejon Homes workers and volunteers with the Mayor’s Youth Council, Houston Youth Corps and Houston Responds will spend the day making repairs to five flood-damaged homes in Northeast Houston and Kashmere Gardens.
