    Following a successful experiment with providing essential services to Hurricane Harvey flood victims at the grassroots level, Mayor Sylvester Turner today announced the opening of eight Neighborhood Restoration Centers throughout the city starting next week. "We are taking a neighborhood by neighborhood approach to getting assistance to the many people who need it," the mayor said.

Meyerland will continue with normal compliance notification regarding heavy trash at the curb upon completion of storm debris pickup.
