    Sutherland Springs gunman lied to DPS about convictions, military service
    Updated 10:53 pm, Monday, November 20, 2017 Devin Patrick Kelley, the gunman who killed 26 people in Sutherland Springs on Nov. 5, lied to the Texas Department of Public Safety earlier this year when he applied for a private security guard license and claimed that he had no criminal convictions and hadn't been discharged from the military.
