District staff gathered with elected officials and community partners for the Houston Parks Board Groundbreaking Celebration of the Greens Bayou Greenway Project. The project, part of Bayou Greenways 2020, will create a continuous park system along Houston's major waterways.

This morning, @aldinegreenspointymca hosted a service event to celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service at Ida Gaye Gardens. The volunteers renovated the community gardens and planted kale, chard, mustard and collard greens, onions, garlic and cilantro. Big thanks making our @NHDistrict community stronger and a better place for all!
