The Oy Vey! 5K Family Fun Run is Back

At Godwin Park | 5101 Rutherglenn Dr, Houston 77096

The Oy Vey! 5K Family Fun Run is Back - Evelyn Rubenstein Jewish Community Center of Houston
As some of you may remember, we were days away from putting on our first Oy Vey! 5k Family Fun Run at Godwin Park in Meyerland when Hurricane Harvey hit our city last year. Obviously, the J, the City of Houston and especially the community of Meyerland were in no position to even consider hosting such an event at that time.

  • Herod Elementary School reviewed by a parent

My experience is great. My son has been a student at Herod since Prek and is now in the 4th grade. The teachers are great as well as the administrators. The school culture environment is warming and inviting. The dual language program rocks. My son, english being his first language, continues to do exeptionally well learning his academics both in English and Spanish.

My students need wobble chairs to help keep them focused and less distracted. My highly active students will stay on tasks and be able to achieve more. We also need classroom supplies.
